We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process designed to keep your style journey smooth and hassle-free.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

• The product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
• All original packaging must be retained and included with the return.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please send an email to support@poaklf.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
